Tim Burtons~ Alice in Wonderland

“There is a place. Like no place on Earth. A land full of wonder, mystery, and danger! Some say to survive it: You need to be as mad as a hatter.”~ The Mad Hatter in Tim Burtons Alice in Wonderland.

Like fashion~ It is astonishing how this Movie was interpreted by the one and only Tim Burton. It is just one phenomenal experience. Everything was perfect, the actors, the scene, the effects, THE COSTUME, and of course the man i was with while i was watching this movie. Actually gave me another idea for my blog, connecting things in extraordinary ways.

“Curiouser and curiouser!”~ Alice n Tim Burtons Alice in Wonderland.

Reminiscing the experience, I could barely think of what to write first until i found a photo in one of MAC’s albums featuring the Brit It-Gal Plum Sykes as she discusses the demure-to-daring prints of Liberty of London with Linda Lee. the picture below reminded me immediately of Alice in Wonderland!

“There is always something sweetly sexy, rather than raunchy sexy, about a girl in a Libertyprint dress,” says Plum Sykes, the Vogue contributor and novelist whose writing has been called a “fizzy champagne cocktail” and “haute couture chick lit.”

Make-up-Fabulous! and yet another person popped in my head. My Uncle, Mike Raymundo who happens to be one of MAC’s top make-up artist. Its been a long time since I had visited him. Aww… im missing old school family reunions and celebrations. Anyway, speaking of this photo, did you notice the dress? yes! FLORAL PRINTS, and this is the part where our friendly trendy shops MANGO and TOPSHOP play the role!

The photos below are some of the mash ups i came up with! :)
